HVAC Testing: Temporary Phase 3 Power Available

For tenants who are responsible for their own HVAC systems, we are able to assist with temporary Phase 3 power so you can test your HVAC equipment while we await full power to be restored to the shopping center.

Here’s How It Works:

  • BluSky can provide temporary Phase 3 power (required for most HVAC testing) using the temporary generators that have been on-site.

  • 24-hour notice is required from you so BluSky can install the proper Phase 3 converter near your space (the temporary power spider boxes currently at each space are not fit for Phase 3 power).

  • This service will allow your HVAC technician to test system functionality as we await power to be fully restored at the center.

How to Schedule:

  • If you’re preparing to test your HVAC system, please email eastgate@kiterealty.com at least 24 hours in advance. We will coordinate the temporary power setup for you.
