Change of Contractor Form Required if Switching from BluSky During Reconstruction

If you are currently utilizing BluSky for your reconstruction work but plan to switch to another contractor during any part of the reconstruction process, you will be required to submit a Change of Contractor Form as part of the Town’s permitting process.

What you need to know:

• This form ensures the Town’s records and permits reflect the correct contractor of record.

• The requirement applies even if the switch occurs mid-project.

• Without this form, your new contractor will not be authorized to proceed under the existing permit.

• The processing fee for this form will be waived.
