Commercial Construction Permits: Tenant Narrative Form Required for Non-BluSky Reconstruction

As part of the Town’s permitting process for reconstruction, any tenant not using BluSky for their reconstruction work will need to submit a Tenant Narrative form as part of their permit application.

What you need to know:

• The Tenant Narrative is a required document by the Town of Chapel Hill for all Commercial Permit applications.

• If you are working with BluSky - they will handle this form for you and no action is needed on your part.

• If you are working with a different contractor - it is your responsibility to ensure this form is completed and submitted.
