Chapel Hill Permit Fees Waived Through 7/31

The Town of Chapel Hill has waived all permit fees through 7/31 for any flood-related work.

This applies to the Trade Work Only Permits (electrical) and Commercial Permits (construction and restoration work) that were detailed in our previous post: Reminder: Required Permits for Electrical and Construction Work
